I did appreciate that goodieco.com showed the prices clearly before checkout. Shipping and the total were easy to spot, so I didn’t feel like they were trying to sneak in random fees at the end, which I really hate. The ordering part was simple and not stressful, but I was a little disappointed that this isn’t just the normal experience everywhere. Overall, it was straightforward and I’d probably use them again.

"Return Took Longer Than It Should Have"
I ordered a couple of things from goodieco.com and ended up needing to return one of them. The actual return process wasn’t that complicated, but getting a straight answer from customer service was more annoying than it needed to be. I had to email twice, and the first response felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages that doesn’t really answer anything.

The refund did come through eventually, so it wasn’t a total mess, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Overall, it was okay, just not especially smooth. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.
